ＪＵＬＹ１ｓｔＴＨＵ；以前から行ってみたかった金山のえびせんべい処の海老づくしランチへ行ってきました。朝１０時から桂新堂店頭で当日予約をするのですが、朝１０時半過ぎに着いたので、もう１３：００～の席しかありませんでして、私は２部の２０名の最後でした。その日、私は午前中名駅でサマーセールに行く予定でしたので１３：００～で助かりました。こちらのシステムは１日４０食限定の千円ランチで、１１時～２０名、１３時～２０名を当日１０時の開店に並んで予約をします。破格値の秘密は、エビせんべいも新鮮な海老を豊富に使用していることの宣伝とのことでした。全体の感想は車海老塩焼きがパリパリで頭から尻尾までとても美味しく、ご飯おかわりすると、海老そぼろが付いてくるサプライズもあり、すべての素材の新鮮さが伝わる素晴らしいご馳走でした。これから海老せんべいを買うときは、必ずこちらでと決めました。ランチにもまた行きたいと思わずにいられませんでした。
I went to shrimp lunch in Kanayama that I was really looking forward to.To make reservation you have to line up at shop (Keishindo) in the morning.I got to there about10:30on July 1st Thursday,so there was one seat left. This shop's system is that they have twice lunch time(starting 11:oo～for 20 people)(starting 13:00～for 20 people) The secret of this1000yen-lunch is the propaganda of its freshness and using plenty of shrimps to make crackers as well.Over all the lunch was just wonderful.Grilled prawn was quite crispy,rice refill comes with fried and minced shrimp topping.
all the shrimps were more than ever fresh! nexttime I surely buy shrimp cracker here,I'll have lunch again.
